LMB 2.0 components are much easier to connect than the previous ones. Each cable has a type tag — written in a very small font — indicating its use. The tag has to be removed prior to installation. Removal takes some force because the tag's material is rather resilient; however, the cables seem sturdy enough. All cables are flat and fit well into the seams between the LEGO® pieces. Most cables are hidden from view. The after-building instructions use 3D Bricklink-Studio-style drawings and are easy to follow. The markup for parts affected by a step could be a bit more prominent but it is usually clear what has to be done. I didn't need customer service; therefore, I rate it '3'.

Looks great with one issue

Looks great but new 2.0 instructions do a poor job at explaining how to hide cables during installation. Old light kit instructions were better IMO.
