BrickBling has been a wonderful partner in our Lego builds as they offer prompt attention to inquiries and orders. Great company with outstanding quality.

My Disney Castle light kit came in with a missing connector cable, it took over 3 weeks to receive the replacement item. Once installed it did not work and the curcuit board was overheating. I was offered a replacement or refund. Since the process took so long to install I requested a refund. They only offered me a 50% refund on the product that i can not use. At this time i asked if not a full refund to ship me a new light kit. They have been very responsive to all my emails and very professional with the situation, but to only offer a 50% refund is not okay. I hope the make it right.
