Great customer service! The items in this order were great as usual. I just wanted to mention that I purchased the remote components and even though Im sure I hooked it up wrong and cuased it to burn out, April from their customer service sent me a new one at no charge with the instructions on how to connect it correctly. I cant wait for the RGB and sound components they are going to release soon. I cant say enough about the customer service I have received from this company and thier products are top notch.
