2 In 1 Hair Rotating Ceramic Curler And Rotating Hair Straightener,Instyler Rotating Iron

This product is a knock off of the brand name “In Styler.” Buyer beware. It does not rotate in both directions, when it decides to rotate. The product is very cheaply made. The one I received did not rotate at all and customer service was unwilling to refund my money and pay for return shipping. I can understand the buyer having to pay to return an item if they just changed their mind or don’t like an item, but I was sent a defective item, which I did not realize was coming from overseas. They want me to pay return shipping overseas to then only receive a partial refund. The only recourse offered was to send me a replacement, which unfortunately is also defective. Sometimes it rotates, sometimes it doesn’t. And it does not rotate in the correct direction for straightening my hair and turning it under or toward my face, only for flipping up and away from the face. I never leave negative reviews, but this has been a terrible experience.

I have thin fine hair and this is not friendly to my hair. Im trying to return but seem to be going in circles.

The barrrel is not smooth, it snags my hair
