I've been following this routine (with a few days off here and there) for about 6 weeks now and it has been simply transformative. I'm able to move a lot better and don't have as my grinding bones and cracking hips as I used to when I move around. The smoothness with which I've been performing the moves has been going up week by week and I feel a lot more agile as a result.
