Overall experience was good. My order arrived warm. I reported the problem and a new shipment was sent out right away packaged well and the food was frozen. The birds of prey we work with love this product.

Nice quality grind. Currently feeding the beef organ grind. Started it yesterday. Today I was putting it in bowl that was on scale. I always measure their food. My older Sophie whom normally stands patiently started pawing my leg. Meanwhile Zeke was doing his his excited barooo bark. He is a 14 lb Jack Russell My cats both wait patiently til the bowl is ready.then dive in.
