Legacy Whole Carcass Turkey

Very concerned about this meat. It was shipped in a styrofoam cooler box and there was no additional ice packs in the cooler box. While customer service said it was frozen solid when it shipped, it shipped on Monday and didnt arrive until Thursday so was completely thawed out with over a cup of blood in the bottom of the cooler/bag. Not sure thus os good practice for shipping in the summer months!

Always have ans still do love the products for my dogs. Not crazy about the old style weappings; leak like crazy. But, understand, maybe due to the recent fire, which was tragic. Overall a continued satisfied customer!
