Legacy Beef 80.10.10 with Organ and Bone

Im a little concerned about feeding my dogs this as it was shipped on a monday and not received until Thursday. All sleeves were melted and it was only slightly cool to the touch. There was 1 small gel freezer pack in the cooler box is came in that was also melted and not cool. Im hoping for the best.

So happy to see the 2 lb tubes are back, the boxes are back! Good packaging is back!! Wooohooo go legacy!!! Keep things like this PLEASE!!!!!

Love your product, but it needs better insulation or I’ll only be able to order in the winter. If it was any warmer out it would have been totally defrosted.
