Great workout
I love calisthenics and am a gymnastics coach. This has been a great program to follow and have something to stick with. Some of the directions are a little unclear or you might have to cut down rest time depending on your ability. Maybe some pics of the exercise for people who may not know. I’m excited to keep going and see more results!
