only thing "negative" i have to say is the instructions were garbage and the mounts are kinda sketchy... and i feel like that is saying something, im in the military... we deal with poor instructions and sketchy equipment on the daily! Other than that GREAT product!!

This rack is super solid! Bolted right into my second gen Tacoma. It requires a fair amount of assembly and the instructions are absolute trash. It feels like someone got bored with making the instructions half way through and just gave up. That being said, I can tell it is good quality and will work great for my needs.
