Really nice

I use a medium-course grind and I think it brings out the flavors well. I can taste the notes of chocolate and raspberry, especially with cream and letting it cool off.

So far, this is my favorite bean. Can't wait to try them all.

Consistent, balanced blend

I love this blend for a morning cup or two — it’s fragrant, bright but not too much acidity and has a lingering taste of chocolate and subtle red fruit notes. Just smelling it brewing makes the morning better!
