Amazing coffee and love that it's a local roaster! I've tried many coffee beans over the years and have honed in my skills for pour over and the breville espresso machine. The beans from Great Circle are amazing quality, fresh, full of flavor and aroma. I like the enjoy the coffee as is or with a bit of steamed oat milk as it does not need anything else!
