If you’re looking to try a different honey and not really sure what you’d like it to give you in flavor or how to compliment your drink, I can hopefully help you with that. I am by no means an expert in honey, but I have found that in my experience wildflower honey will give you a floral accent and goes well with fruity teas. A clover honey had a bolder flavor and can sometimes overpower the original flavor of the tea, depending on the pairing. Usually, I’ll put it in more like an English breakfast time or Earl Grey. Tupelo, is the smoothest and cleanest tasting out of all of the honeys I’ve sampled. I find you can pair it with most any tea and it doesn’t overpower the original flavor, and quickly became my universal go to for tea. I’ve been a customer of this company since 2021 and every time I get a package it is immaculate. I’ve never had any damaged items in the quality is always on point. I hope this review has helped anyone who was not sure which honey to purchase.
