Obsessed

Had the privilege of cooking up a beautifully marbled Australian Wagyu Tri-Tip I received from HSM. It was the talk of the night amongst family and friends gathered around for the holidays. Wish I had a photo to share with the community here because it was almost to perfect to eat! HSM delivered high quality beef as always and the shipping turnaround rate was incredibly quick!
