Unhappy with customer service

I’m not happy about your customer service. I’ve been ordering NYR for a very long time. On my last order there was a special if you purchase $$$ I would get a free eyecreme. This is why I placed this order. The free product was in my receipt but I didn’t receive the item. I contacted your CS 2x about my regrets & I received a 15% coupon that it expired quickly. I didn’t need anymore product now & I didn’t want to spend more $$$ right now. Very disappointing!
