LC Portable Engraver

I had a few questions about this engraving tool and was on the fence about purchasing. I reached out to Luis and he replied really quickly, was so helpful and gave me some resources to help with my questions. As a novice calligrapher and a brand new engraver I wasn’t too sure what to look for. I’ve really enjoyed using this tool, the results so far have been wonderful - can absolutely recommend this tool! Thanks Luis for all your help.

Unfortunately, it just didn’t work as well as I thought it would. I noticed the glass chips as it engraved instead of a smooth line. I even tested the exact same bit with exact same RPM with a different engraver and the results were smoother and no chipoed glads. Also does get hot pretty quick to touch after not using it for too long. Sad I’m not able to keep it.
