Creality Falcon 5W CR-Laser Engraver and Cutter

Don’t buy from Creality

Engraver shipped after a delay of 1 month. They shipped product without necessary screws (M5, T shaped screws) and carbon filters. I cannot find the T shaped screws locally. I have a support case open for over 10 days now, they are neither shipping the missing parts nor are they sending instructions for return. I am hearing the same nonsense “technical team is reviewing your request and will get back 2 days”. They ruined all my interest in laser engraving.

Pretty Brick

After waiting 2 months, it arrived... missing the screws to assemble it. After a pricey trip to the hardware store I got it together. Red light on laser module comes on, 2 beeps and that's the only thing this brick has done. I've spent several hours going through driver updates, swapping USB cables and tried 3 different software options including Crealitys own and nothing will communicate with this thing.

To hard to use, support is worthless, watch a video that is no help! Then want to see a bunch of add ons to make it work.
