You need to change delivery companies

I just learned, after waiting for a month, that AIT Worldwide Logistics delivered my reformer to someone else, set it up and has been trying to get it back but the person to whom they delivered it has moved it out of their house and into their garage and has been unavailable for AIT to go get it. How in the world could a company whose only job is to deliver things to the right address get it so wrong? Why is Balanced Body using AIT when they can’t get it right??? I still don’t have my reformer after it arrived in Austin a month ago!!! Help!!!!

Just Arrived!

I just received my reformer. I have been doing pilates for 25+ years and am excited to have a reformer in my home. Although it is an investment, I recently moved to an area where I would have to travel some distance to attend a reformer class. Now I am able to work out at my convenience. I am excited to have such a professional piece of equipment.
