Studio Reformer and Springboard Purchase

I am pleased with my purchase. I am disappointed that I was not told about upcoming free shipping when asking about discounts as an instructor. I literally just received equipment the day before the promote started and I had to pay 2 different shipping cost for the springboard and then the reformer. I would love to be reimbursed for my shipping. I also was shocked at the reformer straps that came with the reformer they were not like the club pilates studio reformer straps. That was a disappointment. I would love to have the CP barre on the springboard but understand that is not by balance body. My ultra fit MC I purchase after one time use the spongy part on one side is coming apart. Is this covered u see warranty. I believe the old MC a were made stronger. Thank you Molly

DREAM COME TRUE

I am so happy to make this purchase for our new home and my new home gym. I am teaching my husband who would never go to a studio and my daughter in-law who couldn’t go because she has an who couldn’t go because she has a baby and I am working out as much as I want to now. This is the best reformer so stable and so easy to use and so professional. So proud of myself for being able to make this purchase.

So happy to finally have my own studio reformer! Shipping was pretty quick, within the indicated time frame. All parts were included and in great condition. I was not aware the reformer didn't come with the short/long strap combo. It has handles instead of short straps, but I was able to acquire a set of these.
