Very comfortable soft and firm at the same time. Its not extra cool ,its average. Main downside was when I called w a question got a recording that told me to go online and then hung up. i tried the chat which was AI and when it couldn't answer it asked if I wanted to be connected to a person and I said yes. it never happened. I emailed and never got a response. In retrospect it was a stupid question, but no response on any platform is concerning

Great mattress so far!!! I purchased this bed for a guest bedroom at our beach house to replace a Zinus that is very firm and sleeps hot. I am told that it is fantastic by people who like firm mattresses and people who like soft ones. I will try it out very soon as I need to replace my king mattress with the same issues!

Definitely cool but I wake up every morning with lower back pain. I purchase this based on an Internet recommendation for side sleepers, but it’s not as good as my old mattress.
