Brow Balm Refill

Perfect texture snd colur. Blends easily.

I was pleasantly surprised by this brow balm. This is by far the best brow product Ive used. It’s pigmented enough that you dont beed to use a lot, and it’s emollient so its easy to move around but dont smudge easily. I recommend this! I use an old eye brow comb applicator for a little precision, just as a side note.
