Great bulbs. Great service.

I bought 13 bulbs for my art studio. Boy did they do a good job lighting up the place. Unfortunately, one of them started to be unreliable, lighting up then turning off. I contacted Waveform and they immediately put a new bulb in the mail for me. It's so wonderful to do business with a company like this.

Longevity?

I purchased 5 of these in early 2019 for my wife's art studio. Color is great. My problem is that 7 years later, with FAR, FAR fewer than 25000 hours, they have begun to fail. First one a few months ago, and now another. They quit working, start making crackling noises, and when removed are cracked. I'm buying replacements so they'll all match, but I'm not happy about it.
