i really wasnt to sure about these at first, it took a little longer to get here than i was expecting… but , once i examined them , i was pleased. they are light, the handles are larger than standard… 32-35mm maybe. the grips are like 100 grit sandpaper, both grips and texture is a plus. i has pleasantly surprised by the quality. now when you order these for olympic weights youll need the adapters… order at least 2 sets…for any more than 2 plates youll need them. i love the adaptability of these dumbbells. good quality at a reasonable price… in view of what you are getting. now they are not quick changing, but not difficult either. i’ll probably buy another set in the near future. i really like them. 🏋️‍♀️

I absolutely love these dumbbell handles! they don't loosen during use, which is a problem with conventional spin lock handles. you can do exercises with the dumbbells close to your body without snagging or bumping into your bench or whatever you're using to workout. fantastic product! so far zero issues and seem very durable. very happy with my purchase!

Amazing product i wouldve like and extra pair of handles with the bundle since now i have spare 8 screws for nothing. The bag was broken and i couñdve lost my amazing product. I love ghe brand the owner i really like on social media i would say i respect the brand for it s innovation attetion to detail and design. Thank you
