I loved the hair. Also I loved the customer service and Celina's prompt attention to my concerns. My only disappointment is that the hair and bundles weren't quite as thick as I'd expected them to be compared to other sites but that may not be a fair comparison due to differences in hair texture. Plus, I waa advised to request more thickness if ordered again. Really, that's the only reason for not giving a higher rating at this time. It's possible that 5 stars could be the rating on my next order if, after install and time maintenance review of this order, my opinion is the same.
