Sidama Natural SWP Decaf

EDIT: Zach contacted me through email to find out what went wrong, we figured it was probably combination of not giving the coffee enough rest and the fact that these beans were suitable for filter only (I used them to make espresso as usually I dont face any problems, however, these beans dont respond well to espresso). He also sent me some samples that would be more suitable for my situation. I appreciate the care he put into making it right. EDIT 2: I had tried the Tres Dragones and Flor Del Sol samples I had received and liked both of them, they are definetly better suited for an espresso. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unfortunately, I was dissappointed with all three bags of different whole beans I had ordered. The coffees all tasted bitter and sour.
