After moving to Central Florida 10 years ago, I thought I’d never taste a “REAL” veal cutlet again. Veal is not something you find easily in the state of Florida, especially high-quality thinly sliced veal the way my mother used to make. That’s the point this reminded me of my childhood. Mom standing at the stove, grilling real cutlets breadcrumbs crusting on each side. Yum this was worth every penny to be delivered and to enjoy here in our home in Florida.
