ExBrite's selection of medicine cabinet truly stood out from all the competition on line. I had some trepidation in dealing with an unknown (to me) supplier/importer, but the order was simple and delivery was reasonably quick. It was packaged/crated expertly, but one of the seven mirrors was broken in shipment. I braced myself for a challenging process to remedy the situation, communication was swift and professional, without ANY argument, ExBrite facilitated a replacement door, again expertly packaged, and again shattered by FedEx. Again, without hesitation ExBrite sent yet another replacement, again expertly packaged, and this one was intact. I was then able to install the unit and am extraordinarily please with the quality of the product and ease of installation. Instructions were clear and complete. I am overjoyed with the product and ExBrite's efforts to fulfill their commitment to delivering not only an exceptional product, but an impressive customer satisfaction experience to the entire process.

We ordered 4 mirrors of various sizes and love them all. Great quality and lots of features. We did have an electrical issue with one of them, but customer service was extremely helpful and can't wait to receive the new one.
