Guava all day

Coffee is an all around experience that for me starts when I grind and get that first waft of the aroma. Honestly, it was a bit of a letdown with this coffee. It’s nice, but nothing amazing. However, the cup itself is outstanding! Not many people actually know what guava tastes like, but this is spot on! It’s tart to start, then there is sweetness that lingers. It’s a delicious coffee, and is great for the suddenly warmer weather.

Light roast.... sweet after taste. Organic, must be one of Pope Leos favorites, lived near origins of Chirinos Gesha.20+ years.... should send him some in Rome. Rustic Bakery sent the former Pope some cookies once.
