Customer service was excellent. I received two of the Ava flats with defects. All was corrected promptly and courteously by Carolina Creek House. I'm pleased.

It Works

I got a small rectangle (2' x 5') to put under cat-food dishes and water bowl in my kitchen . Viola! No more mess from cat-tracks mysteriously mixed from the clay of the litterbox picked up by cat feet which are then dabbled in the water bowl, to create a kind of concrete on the floor- I don't know why they do it, but it's hard to clean off the tile - and the new "rug" solved the problem!

These are sweet, rich designs

I bought two large mats in this design, and I love them. However, I was trying to pair them with a third, smaller mat of this design and was sad to discover that the small mat had the design done smaller, so they don’t exactly coordinate. But the colors were perfect, and the quality is outstanding.
