Nordik Recovery 1-Person Infrared Sauna

Warms up to 65 celcius in a reasonable amount of time off a regular house plug. Infrared keeps you comfortable in terms of heat but you get a really good sweat on without struggling to breath. Music speakers inside gives music or podcasts to keep your mind busy during the sauna time. I love my sauna! So impressed

The sauna looks good and heats up well. The problem is the alignment which seems to be a common issue. The entire unit twists slightly, likely because the weight of the door. It causes a small misalignment and makes the door rub when closing. Additionally i was missing wood pieces that secure the bench. Ive made use of it by adding additional screws to the bench and side wall which improved the alignment but its still not perfect. It also takes away from the clean aesthetic by having additional screws where there shouldnt be any. It would be such a pain to send back so ive kept it but im disappointed with the purchase.

The product works, which is the good part. The issue is with the door frame. The base unit is perfectly level, but the door frame is out of square. Have unbuckled walls and rebuckled to make sure clamps are ok. The side walls are not totally true when i put the level on them. Indicating I need to shim the base, which would then put it out of level. May need to take apart and see if there is something in the base where the walls fit in that is causing the problem.
