Round Carbon Steel Griddle

The size is great, the handles are perfect.

This high carbon steel flat griddle is perfect. After seasoning it five times with very light applications of oil I use it to make Sonoran style tortillas that are 16”-17” in diameter. Works great. I use it indoors sitting atop my old Bethany Herritage electric Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene —PTFE) coated flat griddle . It fits perfectly and my tortillas aren’t exposed to volitile PTFE any longer. I wish it came with covers for the handles of course they get hot but while lifting it to move its easy for uncoordinated people to burn our wrist! Even do I will only be recommending this griddle to those, including my family, who cook large flat breads.
