When amazing get better
Was already a fan of that coffee, but I tried lance hedrick with it. It was a perfect match, amazing flavor came to life. I highly recommend the combo

A great but hard to use gem
Jam Jar is a harder to use than most beans. It had for ~2 weeks a STRONG pomegranate & mixed berry smell and taste (lots of ketones on the nose), which mellowed splendidly in week 3. I felt like the sweetness was a touch weak before it mellowed. It also had a great velvety texture and mouth feel - great for latte art.
I think for weeks 1 & 2, it's great for any drink involving milk, like a latte or cappuccino. I'd recommended pulling on medium temperature. I also added ½ ml of vanilla extract to my pucks before extraction a grind coarser. This pulled the floral notes without the alcohol and really complemented the red fruit & jammy vibes.

My all time favorite. Smells like a jar of jam when it comes in the door. When I open the bag in the morning, my brain says, "Oooooh! What's that?!" Delicious.
