Great Sauna with one flaw

We just received the sauna and it was easy to install. It takes about 25 mins to heat up to 140 plus degrees which is fine with us. My only issue is the floor heater has wooden slats over it that you can’t step on. If you step on them they will break and lay on the heater itself. There is very little floor space to use when getting in if you can’t step on the heating panel. I’m pretty agile so I can’t get in but less agile people or heavier people are going to have issues with damaging the floor heater or losing their balance. For a $7000 sauna I’m pretty surprised about this.
