Ortho Stretch Cushion Shoes - Black Purple

If I could have given this zero stars I would have! Shoes are hard as rocks, too big, and when I asked for a refund, absolutely no return information has been given to date, only emails wanting a picture of the size of the shoes. As I told them, the size I ordered is what's on the inside of the shoe, but they're too big. And hard as rocks! What I got from this company is the sound of silence, no return information to date. The shoes are pretty, I'll give them that much, but I need correct fit and comfort, these shoes do not offer that. I absolutely would not recommend them simply because of a lack of customer support.

They looked small when i took them out of the bag. Not sure what size i received, no tag on the shoes, I ordered an 11 my usual size. I couldnt get my goot in the shoe. I would like to return them, no idea where to send them Don’t waste your money on these shoes!😞😞😞

These shoes are not great. I am not a super picky and critical person. But! There is no support in the arch. The rest of it is alright I guess. Nothing special. Just a normal shoe. But the no arch support is definitely a big negative for me. I also got some of the compression socks. Those seem to be doing well for me.
