Does what it's supposed to do

I have cervical stenosis with shoulder pain, and since there isn't a pad available for the neck/shoulder area, the TMJ polar pad was recommended. It does what it's supposed to do, but because the hose has to be positioned down my back, it's not very comfortable. I also have to put a neck pillow around the pad to keep it on my neck. So, keeping in mind that it's not made for what I have to use it for, and as it gets cold and helps the inflammation, I am a happy camper.
