I was looking for a crab pot for inshore crabbing. Came across the promar 830 and decided it was the pot for me. Construction is excellent and can easily be used in open ocean when i occasionally venture past the bar. Expect it to last longer than the vinyl coated units that seem a little less durable banging around in transport and storage. Im very pleased with promptness of shipping.

Best crab pots on the market for charter boats and private boats. Built just like commercial pots just a little smaller and lighter. We run 20 pots in the San Francisco Bay Area. They work great and don’t seem to leak. They are definitely fishy
