After ordering the owner texted me to let me know there was a tiny chip in the ceramic. I let them know I still wanted the canister and they said it would be wrapped with love. It definitely was! There was so much bubble wrap and brown paper there was no chance it would have broken on the way to me. I really loved the honesty the owner showed and I could tell they really cared for their customers.
