Weak batch or damaged?

I've bought and loved this scent before. It arrived smelling very weak this time--some kind of quality control issue with it and the 4 other mists I bought. Very disappointed. I contacted customer service but it's not resolved and I am bummed about the skepticism toward my complaint.
