CAPNOS® Legura | Nicotine-Free Vape Alternative & Breathing Device

Never received via expedited shipping to Canada. Got held up in customs as a dangerous substance by UPS. Mentioned they were handing the issue over to the authorities and rushed me off the phone. I mentioned it was a flavoured air inhaler and told them the company name but I was treated like a felon on the phone by the mailer customer service agents (not Capnos). In the end it was a very unpleasant experience. I emailed Capnos about the issue and talked with their Customer Success person. I gave them the I formation to contact UPS but they said they couldn't do anything on their end as I would be the sole correspondent to handle the delivery - meaning the instance was out of their hands. Capnos did mention they would ship it via another method to Canada which shouldn't yield the same results, which was fine, but I didn't want to bargain on that again. Customer service was very pleasant with me in the Capnos end and gave me a full refund, as they should for any paying customer.

The marketing they do is great. They make you believe this device is more than just a piece of plastic that you inhale essential oils out of. The taste of essential oils hitting the back of your throat isnt the best taste. It feels chemically, like you shouldnt be breathing this in directly. Not a fan.

Works for now if you can find a flavor that helps. 6 days of no nicotine so far. I've had the capnos for a couple weeks trying to quit when i finally decided to set the vape down.
