Ruby Kisses Plumping Lip Liner 0.16g

I ordered the slip liner out of curiosity as I’ve never had a plumping lip liner before. Once I tried it on having a little difficulty in pumping the product out of the pencil I noticed right away a burning sensation. I thought maybe that was for plumping.. after a couple of days of using it my lips started turning white around the edges and very dry. I just continued using it and threw them away. I had purchased two. I wish I could give a better review but I can’t.

The plumping lip liner is great, I purchased the plum berry and it's a really deep berry shade (so pretty). It glides on nicely and shades perfectly. You only need to click just a little bit of the product to line ans shade your lips. It does go one with a sheen, it's not matte, but it does stay on. However, you may need to re-apply after a meal. The tingle is really light and not irritating or burning.

Great lipliner and it's a true deep red. It only tingles a little bit which I don't mind at all. I love that the liner tip is wide which makes it easier to blend in the color on the lips. It does have a sheen to it, it's not a matte lipliner, but I don't mind since the color is so pretty and intense.
