I bought the outbound detour and am super happy with the light. Everything seems super thoughtfully designed and durable. The light is super bright. I had an issue with my order that wasn't outbound's fault at all but they stepped in and took care of me regardless. Emailed them and they got back to me within 24 hours. Truly A+++ customer service. I finally had a chance to test this light on an early morning climbing ride that started at 4:00 a.m. I ran it on the low setting, and I’m impressed so far. One feature I really like is the mounting system. It fits perfectly underneath my handlebar, centered, while still allowing me to mount my Garmin computer above it on my Specialized Diverge. It’s a clean, compact setup that works great for long rides. I’m planning to use this light for the Hoodoo 500, a 512-mile ultra-endurance cycling event in Utah. Finding a dependable light has been a challenge for me. Over the years, I’ve owned several Serfas lights, and while they worked at first, I had too many close calls because they eventually failed or died during rides. For ultra-distance cycling, reliability isn’t just convenient—it’s essential. So far, this light has given me confidence. If it continues to perform well through my training and the Hoodoo 500, it may finally become the reliable lighting system I’ve been searching for.

Best light I've ever bought

As I've been getting more into cycle. I started to ride more at night. The light I had before wasn't the best. With the Detour light!! I can honestly see so much!! Almost 4 blocks down !! The strobe feature is top notch!! Would definitely recommend
