Terrible Experience

I ordered the floor stand in early May, received it 10 days later, and opened the box to see the box was empty. Has to be a fluke, right? I connected with support to have another floor stand sent (which took some time to validate); however, upon receiving the second product, there were still parts that were missing. Two times I had the order mailed to me, both times there were pieces missing. For a $160 product, that is unacceptable. The process to receive and validate that there was an error in the shipment process also takes way too long. Not a great experience in the slightest. I'm still waiting to be approved to have (another) floor stand sent to me. This whole process has taken 30+ days. I've never felt so confused about ordering a product in my life. Something is off with how they do their orders and I'm praying I actually receive the product in full with the 3rd shipment.
