Bright and Extremely Sharp (Happy with Purchase)

I had my XGMI Horizon 20 Max a little over two weeks. Watching TV shows, movie, and sport has been pretty incredible. Its the perfect compliment to complete by bedroom home theater setup. Here are some of my overall thoughts: Pros: Sound and image qualities are perfect. The projector noise isn't very loud which is nice too. The design both exterior (Packaging) and interior (OS) works very well. All the positioning and cropping feature works like a charm. The build quality is pretty impressive. I'm a person who care for small details and quality build, so I appreciate it a lot. Thing to consider updating: I wish the shortcut button on the remote is programable to any app. In current software version it is fixed. Also, I have quite a bit light spill from the projector bleeding onto my white wall. I know there are solutions to fix it externally. (ALR screen, black border, etc...) But I wish this light spill could be better managed by software or setting changes within the OS. Don't get me wrong, I love the brightness. I just wish the brightness could be better contained within the picture view. FYI maybe I'm doing something wrong. Would appreciate any suggestions

Incredible Image Quality, Flexibility, and Smart Features

The HORIZON 20 Max has completely redefined what a home entertainment setup can be. In terms of audio, while it’s not as powerful as I initially expected, it still delivers a solid and enjoyable experience for everyday movie watching. For those seeking more immersion, it pairs perfectly with external audio solutions. I also want to highlight the outstanding customer support. Betty and the XGIMI team have been incredibly attentive, patient, and professional throughout my experience. That level of service truly reflects the brand’s commitment to quality. Overall, I genuinely love this product. It’s not just a projector, it’s a lifestyle upgrade. The picture is 5 stars. The set up and navigation around the menu’s is like being lost in a forest. Hopefully it can be fixed in a firmware update. If so, this will be the undisputed leader of home projectors.
