Lost package

I bought the item for my grand daughter birthday. I never received the package so I contacted the company and was offered a refund or they could resend the item. I opted for the item was was received in a timely manner. I also got a 20 percentage off plus a refund for the shipping. So I was very happy with your customer service and Scarlett said it was worth the wait and is very happy with her gift. I would order more items from you if the shipping to Canada was not so high.
