Excellent product. Delivery could be improved

The quality of the equipment I bought is excellent and it was well packaged when it arrived. I was impressed with the communication from Strengthshop which was very punctual and professional. However, I was under the impression that the courier would contact me to arrange a time for delivery in advance. This did not happen and the courier phoned me when they were on the street to tell us they were making the delivery. Fortunately I was in but I did wonder what they would have done if I wasn't in as the package was far too large to be left with a neighbour. While I appreciate that Strengthshop does not have control over the behaviour of the courier, I would suggest they feedback to the courier or consider changing to a different one if this is a recurring problem.

Top quality half rack very impressed

After shopping around I opted for the hand rack by strength shop, it was more compact compared to others but the biggest selling point for me was the ultra close spacing in the j cup and spotter bars This allows good adjustments, some racks have 2 inches between holes This one has to be half inch between them Very sturdy zero sway in the rack very impressive with it's quality, delivery was next day also which was very impressive, easy set up , well packaged however a few bits did have some scratches but I'm kinda used to that with all gym equipment purchases seems almost impossible to avoid 10-10 good customer service good response via email and a nice 10% saving when you sign up as a new customer
