Bastard Bar - no centre knurling

Great item and service

Fast delivery and bar is great for all round use in my garage. Knurling is about right, grippy enough to feel locked in but not to rough for multiple rep's.

Olympic bar

I bought the bar for my son’s use in the Olympic lifts, based upon the performance of the15kg Junior/Women’s bar which we’ve used for 5yrs faithfully. I have no doubt this new bar will perform just fine. Thank You for the prompt service and zero shipping cost.
