Grip Ball Bar for Pullups, Tricep & Cable Training

Quality as usual!

Really good bit of kit, especially at the discount price I paid. Have only used it for cable push downs and cable curls so far but the fat end grips really do make it so much more intense. The quality is great too, the thing is super strong and reassuringly heavy. As always, postage and delivery was superb from Strength Shop.
