Complete Crock Water System

Extremely pleased

Great system, never knew how bad our water tasted until drinking the filtered water from the crock. Customer service was fantastic. Had a question and the folks treated me like family. Completely satisfied with the water filtration crock.

Clean no taste water

Discontinued purchasing plastic water bottles by the case. Using only well tap water and natural spring water to fill crock. Super!

The filter seems to either not be working as the water smells really bad and doesn’t taste filtered. The tubing looks like it’s molding. I’m using the pot without the filter now which defeats the purpose of having purchased a filter system.
