sI have both emailed and called you and no one responds. much as I like the foot bead of these flip-flops, they're too loose across the top and I can't wear them. I'd like to return them and if somepone can tell me which ones have a great foot bed and aren't so loose across the top, I'd make it an exchange rather than just a return, but it seems like no one cares enough to respond.
