Comfortable and well made

I’m 65 yo and have had flat bad feet my whole life and these are something that are comfortable and made well. I even stopped wearing my other New Balance shoes. Once I go my first pair of Orthofeet shoes I don’t wear anything else Patrick

Elastic laces issue

The pair I received had laces that were way too long. I could not open the end clips and called customer service. The solution I was given was to await a call from someone else. That call never came. I called CS again and the representative provided a solution... Replacement laces

Finally!!

Thank you so much for making this product. I grew up running around in flip-flops and sandals well into my 40s now that I’m much older I was looking for a sturdy, comfortable sandal to wear since I can’t wear shoes like flip-flops anymore. I bought these for upcoming trip this summer, but I have been wearing them around the house and out and I am extremely pleased with them. Keep up the good work.
